Wedding Photography Cancellation Form 

ENTIRE CONTRACT

This contract contains the entire understanding between Stacy Paul Photography and "Client" listed above. By signing and completing this contract, "Client" is completely releasing Stacy Paul Photography of any and all contracted agreements and all work for the Canceled Wedding Date listed above. "Client" understands that Stacy Paul Photography is no longer contracted by them to photograph the stated wedding date and/or any obligations of the Canceled Wedding Date's contract. Being released of this date, Stacy Paul Photography is allowed to try and rebook on the Canceled Wedding Date. There is no understanding between the parties verbal or otherwise than contained in this agreement. It supersedes all prior and simultaneous agreements between the parties. The only way to add or change this agreement is to do so in writing, signed by all the parties. "Client" has certified that they have read and understand the entire cancellation agreement between Stacy Paul Photography and "Client".

"Client" has had the opportunity to review this agreement that the terms and conditions have been explained and "Client" fully understands them."Client" no longer requires nor desires the photography services of Stacy Paul Photography on the "Canceled Wedding Date" listed above and fully release Stacy Paul Photography from all obligations set forth in the prior agreement. "Client" is released from any further obligations to make payments as previously agreed. ALL PAYMENTS previously made by "Client" to Stacy Paul Photography are liquidated damages, non-refundable and/or non-transferable as previously agreed to by both parties.
