Wedding Photography Cancellation Form 

 

This is an official notice that the bellow named client will no longer be needing the photography services contracted through Stacy Paul Photography for the event on below mentioned date. 

Payment responsibilities are according to the terms of the photography contract signed and are guided by the following restrictions based on date of cancellation from said contracted event. 

Cancellation Occurred
0-30 days from the event...........Final Balance Due (non-refundable)
31-360+ days from event..........Remaining Balance Not Due

Under no circumstances will there be a refund of paid retainer after 48 hours from signing of the contract due to the reservation of the photography date. Once a balance is paid in full, it is non-refundable. Any payments made towards event are non-refundable. Any other arrangements shall be discussed between the client and Stacy Paul Photography. All arrangements must be put in writing. All cancellations require the use of this form to be considered valid. 

Any balance owed to Stacy Paul Photography will be indicated by copy and receipt of this form from Stacy Paul Photography after processing.
