Pre Wedding Questionnaire
Not that you need reminding, but it's almost here! Yay! With that in mind it is important to remember that no two weddings are the same. Please take time to answer the following questions to make sure your wedding photography flows smoothly. Thank you.
Please complete the form below
I will be in touch shortly after receiving your answers with a completed timeline and to go over any last minute wedding day details.
TIPS AND ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
In order to allow for a private photo session of bride and groom please allow 45 minutes.
Any guests including family not involved in the formal portraits should proceed to the cocktail hour. The more people around, the longer it can take to complete the formal portrait session.
Please note that during family formals, wedding party and Bride and Groom portraits, no other photographs/photographers are allowed.
Be kind to ensure the presence of all the family members required for family formal photos. It always takes some time to gather people together and pose them so that everyone can be seen, etc. Pre-assign a family member or friend who knows the people to be in the pictures to round them up for the photos. Getting people where they need to be for the photos is by far the most time consuming part of group shots.
Be sure that your getting ready room is tidied up before we get there (bags and such moved to one corner, any bits and bobbles that are laying around put away, etc), and please, please, please have your hair and makeup artist set up near a bright beautiful window! It makes all the difference in the world to have lovely natural light for your getting ready photos.
This one might sound funny, but please be sure that we are fed at the very beginning of dinner. This will ensure that we are finished eating at the same time you are, and will be ready to roll into the evenings events in sync.
